ACT Global SME Consulting Services for SME Development

With the support of Enterprise Georgia, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) have the opportunity to receive co-financing of up to 10,000 GEL for consulting services offered by ACT Global.

Eligible Consulting Services include:

• Business Strategy Development: Defining your long-term vision, mission, and growth strategy to guide sustainable success.
• Marketing Plan Creation: Identifying target audiences, crafting key messages, selecting communication channels, and planning campaigns.
• Brand Strategy Design: Establishing a distinctive brand identity - visuals, voice, values, and positioning to stand out in the market.
• Sales Planning: Setting sales goals, structuring channels and processes, and developing tactics and timelines for revenue growth.
• Process Optimization: Streamlining internal workflows, reducing inefficiencies, and introducing automation to enhance productivity.
• Organizational Structure & Responsibility Definition: Clarifying roles and hierarchy, defining accountability, and aligning team functions.
• Leadership Development: Building managerial skills, fostering leadership mindset, improving communication and change management capabilities.

Eligibility Criteria:

To qualify for the program, SMEs must meet the following criteria:

• The business must be registered for at least one year.
• The business should have a turnover exceeding 30,000 GEL in the last 12 months.
• The business must not be owned by the state or large corporations.
• The business should have no outstanding tax liabilities and must not be listed in the debtors' registry.
• The business must not operate in sectors restricted by the program, including:

Financial Sector: Commercial banks, central banks, holding companies, trusts, pension funds, credit bureaus.

Public Administration and Defense: Government ministries, legislative bodies, courts, police, military, fire services, etc.

Associations and Organizations: Business associations, trade unions, political and religious organizations.

Specific Activities: Hunting, production of explosives, cultivation of narcotic plants.

Illegal and Harmful Products: Production/trade of weapons and ammunition, tobacco, alcoholic beverages (except beer, wine, and cider), radioactive materials, asbestos fibers.

Entertainment Sector: Gambling, casinos, adult entertainment production/trade.

Unethical and Environmentally Harmful Activities: Use of forced or child labor, trade in endangered species, deforestation, trade/transportation of hazardous chemicals (e.g., petroleum products).

Other: Speculation in real estate, political and religious activities.
