Her research interests encompass a diverse range of topics, including local self-governance and public administration, youth and education, Europeanization, and the labor market. She also has substantial experience in managing complex projects.

Throughout her professional career, Keso Esebua has been invited to serve as a guest lecturer at the leading universities in Georgia. She is an affiliated professor at Caucasus University, the head of the bachelor’s Program in Sociology, and the author of articles and research papers.
