Eka Ejibadze has been a member of the ACT team for 10 years, during which she has gained extensive and diverse experience in marketing research. She has also supported numerous companies in evaluating service quality and identifying ways to improve services and processes (Customer Journey).
Currently, she leads the company’s Data Collection team. Her experience at ACT enables her to manage the team effectively and ensure high-quality outcomes.
Eka holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration.
